Kimberly Pierre, MPH, CHES, is the founder of Wealth in Public Health LLC, an independent public health consultancy. Built on the pillars of Innovation, Impact, and Community, the company strives to create sustainable health solutions for a wide range of communities and organizations.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Montclair State University and earned her Master of Public Health in Urban Public Health from Rutgers University, School of Public Health. As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and a public health professional with vast experience in diverse areas, Kimberly brings extensive knowledge in public health program development, mental health education, and more.
As an adjunct faculty member at Montclair State University, Kimberly teaches a senior-level course in Program Planning and Evaluation, further solidifying her expertise in creating and assessing impactful public health programs. Additionally, she brings extensive experience in community outreach, with a focus on maternal and child health, substance use prevention, health equity, and mental health education, among other areas.
She has collaborated with prestigious institutions, organizations, and grassroots movements, leading impactful initiatives to reduce health disparities, improve wellness, and support program evaluations that ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of interventions.
In her leadership and administrative role with a local municipality, Kimberly has overseen community-wide health services, including outreach programs, clinics, and public health initiatives. Her work includes conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess program impact and inform data-driven improvements.
